How to request temporary care staff in London

1. Send the staffing requirement. Tell us the service location, role required, shift date, start and finish time, and any essential experience or training requirements.
2. Eden checks suitable availability. We review available workers against the assignment requirements and confirm the proposed rate and booking terms.
3. We confirm the worker in writing. A shift is not booked until Eden confirms the worker and booking details.
4. Your service provides local direction. The provider gives the worker the relevant local induction, care plans, risk information, reporting arrangements and day-to-day supervision required for the assignment.

What does Eden check before offering a worker?

Eden reviews relevant worker records before offering staff for assignments. Depending on the role and worker, this includes identity, right to work, Enhanced DBS status, references, relevant training evidence, care experience and competency information.

Short-notice and planned rota cover

Eden accepts both planned and short-notice staffing enquiries. Availability is never assumed: we check for a suitable worker before confirming a booking. This helps providers know whether cover is genuinely available rather than receiving an unverified promise.
