How Your Eden Introduction Works
Your first enquiry is free. We explain our clear one-off matching fee privately before you agree to proceed.
- Tell us what support you need. We discuss your location, preferences and the experience required.
- Review a suitable carer profile. We protect everyone’s privacy while you decide whether the match feels right.
- Confirm and book the introduction. You receive Eden’s agreement and private invoice before direct contact details or a meeting are arranged.
- Meet your independent carer. After booking is confirmed, Eden arranges the introduction and you agree the working arrangement directly with the carer.
Carer rates start from £18 per hour and are agreed directly with the independent carer. Rates vary according to location, hours, availability and the support required.
No Weekly Eden Agency Fee
Pay Eden’s one-time introduction and matching fee. After the introduction, you agree the ongoing rate with the independent carer and pay them directly—there is no weekly Eden agency charge.
