How does Eden Homecare 247 operate?
Eden operates two separate services. For families, Eden introduces independent carers and the family and carer manage the ongoing arrangement directly. For care providers, Eden supplies vetted Healthcare Assistants, Support Workers and Senior Carers who work under the provider’s direction and supervision.
What checks do your care workers complete?
We check relevant care experience, enhanced DBS status, right to work, references and current training evidence before a worker is offered for an assignment.
How quickly can you respond to a staffing request?
We respond as quickly as possible, including to short-notice requests, but placement depends on worker availability, suitability and completion of the required checks.
