Find the Right Carer, Without Doing All the Searching Yourself
Tell us what support you need. Eden searches for suitable independent carers, reviews key checks and introduces you to someone you can speak to before deciding.
You choose the carer. You stay in control.
Finding a Carer Is Simple
- Tell us what you need. Tell us where you live, what help you are looking for, the hours you need and when you would like support to start.
- We search and check. Before making an introduction, Eden reviews the carer’s Enhanced DBS status, right to work, references, relevant training, care experience and competency, together with Eden’s induction/onboarding checks where applicable.
- Speak to the carer. Ask questions, talk about your routine and discuss the support you need.
- You decide. If the carer feels right for you, you decide whether to go ahead. You and the independent carer then agree the ongoing hours, duties and rate directly.
You do not have to start the vetting process from scratch yourself. We carry out or review these key checks before making an introduction, while the final choice of carer remains yours.

For an urgent or more complex search, a different introduction fee may apply. We will always tell you the full cost before you agree to proceed.
There is no weekly Eden agency fee for the standard introduction service.
Eden acts as an introductory agency. We search, check and introduce independent carers. Once you choose a carer, you and the carer agree and manage the ongoing arrangement directly.

Questions About Finding a Private Carer
How do I find a private carer in Bromley?
Tell Eden what support you are looking for, the location and when you would like the arrangement to start. We look for a suitable independent carer, consider the information and checks available to us, and make an introduction. You decide whether the carer is right for you.
Can Eden introduce live-in carers in Bromley and London?
Yes. Eden can search for suitable independent carers for live-in arrangements across the UK, subject to carer suitability and availability. The family and carer agree the duties, hours, pay and ongoing arrangement directly between themselves.
Is Eden Homecare 247 a care provider or an introductory agency?
For the family service, Eden acts as an introductory agency. We help families find and connect with independent carers. Eden does not manage, supervise or direct the independent carer’s ongoing work after the introduction.
What checks does Eden review before introducing a carer?
Before making an introduction, Eden reviews key information including the carer’s Enhanced DBS status, right to work, references, relevant training, care experience and competency, together with Eden’s induction/onboarding checks where applicable. This means families do not have to start the vetting process from scratch themselves. Every introduction remains subject to suitability and availability, and you make the final decision about who is right for you.
