Eden Homecare 247 welcomes enquiries from social workers, hospital discharge teams, health and care professionals, and community organisations seeking independent carer options for adults. We consider introductions across the UK, including Worcestershire, subject to finding a suitable independent carer for the person and location.
Who we can help
Adults of all ages may be looking for companionship, everyday support, personal care, respite or live-in arrangements. We can discuss needs connected with disability, dementia, Parkinson’s disease, multiple sclerosis, motor neurone disease and other long-term health conditions. Each enquiry is considered individually, and availability is not guaranteed.
How an introduction works
We discuss the adult’s or family’s requirements, identify potentially suitable self-employed carers and arrange an introduction. The adult or family chooses whether to proceed, agrees the support directly with the carer and pays the carer directly. Eden charges a separate one-off introductory fee, explained before the person agrees to proceed. Eden is an introductory service and does not manage the care delivered.
Make a professional referral enquiry
Please confirm that the adult or an authorised representative agrees to be contacted about an introduction. For the first enquiry, give your name, organisation and work contact details, the broad area where support is needed, the type of support and a preferred time to speak. State “professional referral” in your message. Please do not include the adult’s name, address, diagnosis, care plan or identity documents in the general enquiry form. We can discuss an appropriate secure way to share further details if needed.
