Report an immediate risk
If someone is in immediate danger or a crime is taking place, call 999. For a non-emergency police matter, call 101. You may also contact the safeguarding team at the local authority where the person lives.

Please share what you observed or were told, the date and time, who may be at risk and any immediate action already taken. Do not investigate the concern yourself or promise secrecy. We will record the concern, consider immediate safety, preserve relevant information and refer it to the appropriate authority when required.
Eden’s family service is an introductory service. Independent carers and families must still report safeguarding concerns promptly and cooperate with any lawful enquiry.
